Portsmouth Appointments
Portsmouth bookings are available on Tuesdays only. Please only book a Tuesday if you are a client based in Portsmouth.
Isle Of Wight Appointments
Isle Of Wight bookings are available on ALL days other than TUESDAYS. These are for Portsmouth clients only.
Refunds & Deposits
We do not offer refunds on treatments or deposits at this time. A non-refundable deposit of £35.00 will need to be paid to secure your appointment, if failed to pay the deposit your appointment will not be booked in.
Lateness
Please be mindful that appointments run back to back, so I can not move other clients around if you are more than 15 minutes late. Your appointment will therefore be cancelled and rescheduled. I will only reschedule your appointment once.
Plus 1s & Children
Please do not bring anyone to your appointment. There is not enough space where I carry out my procedures for more than one client at a time and can also be distracting while i carry out my work.
Age
We do not treat anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.
Sickness
If you are unwell or unsuitable for treatments, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for your safety.
